How to prepare Salmon Salad?




Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cooking Time: 10 mins

Serving: 4


For Salmon:

  • 1 whole salmon fillet with skin on
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For Dressing:

  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

For Salad:

  • 1/2 sliced cucumber
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 100g coriander
  • 200g watercress
  • 500g edamame cooked & lightly salted
  • rosemary
  • red onions sliced into 1/2 inches
  • box of cherry cocktail tomatoes cut into half


  1. Pat salmon with paper towel so it is dry
  2. Heat up frying pan by medium fire and put oil in, add in salmon with skin side down, cook for 3 minutes & flip to cook the other side for 2 minutes. Set aside
  3. Mix well all dressing in a small bowl, set aside
  4. In a large bowl add in all salad ingredients, put the cooked salmon fillets on the top, add in the mixed dressing & ready to serve!
