Ingredients
- 4-500g lobster bisque
- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1-2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh coriander and sliced chilli for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the lobster bisque and coconut milk over medium heat.
- Stir in the red curry paste until well blended.
- Add fish sauce and lime juice, adjusting to taste for spice and saltiness.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh coriander and sliced chilli.
