The pork belly here is marinated with garlic, pepper, cumin and salt and is left for 4 hours. On the other side daikon radish and carrots are tossed in vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar and is left for 30 minutes. The pork is roasted and is sliced. The pork slices along with the prepared slaw is placed in between two steamed buns and it is ready to be served.
