Northern Pride Inc. is a grower-owned processing facility based in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, that specializes in whole-bodied turkeys for private and packer labels. The current 19 turkey growers and owners passionately produce high-quality turkeys for large and small retailers, distributors, exporters, and foreign customers spread throughout the world.
Turkeys are hormone-free. For the treatment of disease or illness, approved medicines are used at therapeutic levels under USDA and FDA regulations. Birds are not allowed to be processed until after a period of time long enough to prevent any residues of these medicines from remaining in the meat.
Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance. Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.
When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual meat may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
