The grapes used to make this wine come from the South and West of France. The plots are made of terraces and gentle slopes with stony, clay-limestone and sandy soils, in order to get what we think is a perfect expression of the Chardonnay: fresh and fruity, yet round and fleshy.
On the nose, the wine is Intense with a hint of citrus, then complex with notes of honey and fresh fruit. The palate is fleshy and fresh; it boasts an impressively fruity, long-lasting finish. Perfect with white meat, grilled fish and seafood. Or simply alone as an aperitif.

The Sidewood Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2023 is a beautifully crafted expression of cool-climate elegance from one of the region’s most awarded wineries. Sourced from estate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this wine captures both purity and texture in perfect balance. It opens with inviting aromas of white peach, lime zest and citrus blossom, supported by subtle notes of nougat, cashew and fine French oak.
