Castelforte Pinot Nero is a refined and elegant red wine with scents of berries and juniper on the nose and hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Its vibrancy and excellent length on the palate make it the ideal accompaniment to cured meats and roasted or grilled red meats.
Kemenys Hidden Label Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of juicy blackcurrants, dark chocolate and mint, accented by savoury notes of tobacco leaf. The palate is elegantly structured with classic flavours of chocolate and bay leaf, flowing through to ripe blackberries and fresh thyme to finish.
Fruit is grown in the Yertabulti and Provis vineyards, situated at the northern end of the Clare Valley, this is the perfect climate for maturing our premium red grapes.
Hidden Label Clare Valley Shiraz 2021
This Clare Valley Shiraz 2021 is full of brambles and blue/black fruits with a spicy lift. Layers of brooding dark fruits, spice and savoury characters are framed in fine oak. The sinewy tannin profile pulls the wine through to a long and moreish finish.
Black Estate Pinot Gris 2022
The Black Wines Pinot Gris was made by winemaker Robert Black who is originally from Orange but now calls Mudgee home.
The wine shows enticing fresh pear and apple aromas with hints of citrus. On the palate, it is textural with a clean finish. The style is traditionally suited to short-term cellaring and is well-matched to rabbit stews, pork roasts, chicken casseroles and hard cheeses.
It is best served slightly chilled.
Kato Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Kato Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Marlborough, New Zealand. The vineyards are located in the Awatere Valley, where coastal influences protect the fruit from sharp morning frosts. The word Kato means "harvest" in Maori, referring to the unique heritage of the region.
This 2023 Kato Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc shows grassy, lime and passionfruit with great intensity that is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is pure, natural and crisp with a long finish and subtle dryness. Well balanced and full of flavour.
