Kemenys Hidden Label Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of juicy blackcurrants, dark chocolate and mint, accented by savoury notes of tobacco leaf. The palate is elegantly structured with classic flavours of chocolate and bay leaf, flowing through to ripe blackberries and fresh thyme to finish.
Fruit is grown in the Yertabulti and Provis vineyards, situated at the northern end of the Clare Valley, this is the perfect climate for maturing our premium red grapes.
Hidden Label Clare Valley Shiraz 2021
This Clare Valley Shiraz 2021 is full of brambles and blue/black fruits with a spicy lift. Layers of brooding dark fruits, spice and savoury characters are framed in fine oak. The sinewy tannin profile pulls the wine through to a long and moreish finish.

Jean Moreau & Fils Chardonnay 2023
“Le Sans Bois” is the perfect example of J. Moreau & Fils savoir-faire in infusing its inimitable style through pure and mineral wines.
Vineyards were selected very carefully, trying to find similar features: vines growing in altitude (fresher climate), on well-draining soils able to have reasonable water stocks, giving in the end grapes with a specific balance between sugar and acidity.
Jean Moreau & Fils Le Sans Bois Chardonnay 2023 is a shiny pale gold colour. The nose is intense and bright, with white flower aromas (jasmine) and fruity notes of lemon and pear. A round attack is emphasised by a lovely vivacity that lasts. Delightful grapefruit and bergamot flavours stand out, until a mineral and long-lasting finale.
Jean Moreau & Fils Le Sans Bois Chardonnay was made to be enjoyed in its youth, but it can be kept for 2 years.
