Organic chicken has been in demand for its health benefits. Cooking organic chicken to perfection requires a combination of proper techniques and attention to detail. Whether you're BBQ grilling, baking, or using other cooking methods, achieving juicy and tender results is key. Marinating

Marinating organic chicken imparts flavour while tenderising the meat. Create a marinade using a combination of acidic ingredients like vinegar, lemon juice, or yogurt, along with herbs, spices, and oils. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. The marinade not only adds flavour but also helps break down the proteins, resulting in tender and juicier chicken.

Grilling

Tent the chicken loosely with foil and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing or serving.
