HOW TO PREPARE AIR FRYER NZ GRASSFED LAMB RACK WITH ROSEMARY & GARLIC?

Preparation Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 14 mins / Serving: 4

Ingredients:

NZ PREMIUM GRASSFED 2 LAMB RACKS CAP OFF FRENCHED (2 X RACKS, 16 CUTLETS, FROM 890G) Use 1 Rack
3 Tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt , or to taste
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper , or to taste

Method:

1. Pat dry the lamb rack. Cut the Rack into individual chops.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb & gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover & marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray & place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
4. Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip & air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.
NOTES
If using a larger air fryer, the recipe might cook quicker so adjust cooking time.
If cooking in multiple batches & not pre-heating before first batch, the first batch will take longer to cook.
Preheating the Air Fryer is preferable. If you don’t preheat, add more time to the cooking.
Remember to set a timer to shake/flip/toss the food as directed in recipe.
