How To Prepare Air Fryer NZ Grass-Fed Lamb Rack With Rosemary And Garlic?

NZ Premium Grass-Fed 2 Lamb Racks Cap Off Frenched
Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 14 mins Serving: 4
  • 1 lamb rack cap off frenched
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper, or to taste
  1. Pat dry the lamb rack. Cut the Rack into individual chops.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb & gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover & marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray & place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  4. Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip & air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.
  • If using a larger air fryer, the recipe might cook quicker so adjust cooking time.
  • If cooking in multiple batches & not pre-heating before first batch, the first batch will take longer to cook.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer is preferable. If you don’t preheat, add more time to the cooking.
  • Remember to set a timer to shake/flip/toss the food as directed in recipe.
