How To Prepare Chilli And Garlic Marinated Prawns Stir-Fry?

Ocean Catch Australian Prawns Marinated in Chilli & Garlic (250g)

Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serving: 2

Ingredients:
  • 250g Tiger Prawns or prawns marinated in chilli and garlic
  • 125g dried rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 2 bok choi heads, quartered lengthways and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp palm sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Method:
  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water, then drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Stir-fry the chilli and garlic prawns. Add the red onion & cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the bell pepper & chopped bok choi. Sprinkle the palm sugar, stir well.
  4. Add in the sauce mix & combine with the ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately with the rice noodles.
