Ingredients:
- 4 ocean trout fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. This will be the marinade for the trout fillets.
- Place the trout fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated on both sides. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Transfer the marinated trout fillets to the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the fillets.
