HOW TO PREPARE HOKI FISH FINGER HOT DOGS?

Ingredients:

1 x OCEAN CATCH NZ PREMIUM HOKI FISH FINGERS CRUMBED (15 FISH FINGERS, 400G) | NEW
1 gherkin, finely chopped
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice & lemon wedges, to serve
4 brioche hot dog buns
½ iceberg lettuce, shredded

Method:

1. Cook the Ocean Catch Fish Fingers following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method whilst preparing the hot dogs
2. Put the gherkins in a bowl & mix with the mayonnaise & lemon juice. Split the hot dog buns, toast the cut-side under the grill, then spread each roll with 1 tbsp of the mayonnaise mixture, add a handful of lettuce, then a hot fish finger on top. Serve with the lemon wedges for squeezing over.
