How To Prepare Korean-Style Spicy Lamb Burgers? 😍😍🌈🌈

Product:

Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 20 mins Serving: 4 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 lamb burger patties 
  • 4 hamburger buns 
  • 8 Lettuce leaves 
  • 1 Tomato, sliced 
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced 
  • Mayonnaise mixed with Gochujang (to taste) 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a stovetop grill pan, lightly oil it to prevent sticking. 
  2. Place the lamb patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. 
  3. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill. 
  4. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. 
  5. Assemble the burgers by spreading the gochujang mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Add lettuce leaf, a lamb patty, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion. Top with the remaining bun. 
  6. Serve the Korean-style spicy lamb burgers immediately and enjoy!
