Ingredients:
- 4 lamb burger patties
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 Lettuce leaves
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
- Mayonnaise mixed with Gochujang (to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a stovetop grill pan, lightly oil it to prevent sticking.
- Place the lamb patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the gochujang mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Add lettuce leaf, a lamb patty, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion. Top with the remaining bun.
- Serve the Korean-style spicy lamb burgers immediately and enjoy!
