How To Prepare Marinated Flank Steak?

Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serving: 2


  • 2 pieces of flank steak
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 bruised rosemary sprig
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Thaw the flank steaks
  2. Mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, rosemary into a big bowl
  3. Put the flank steaks into a zipper bag and pour the mixture into the bag, make sure the steaks are fully coated
  4. Marinate overnight
  5. Heat up the pan to highest heat and add in butter
  6. Put the marinated flank steaks into the pan and pour the mixtures in
  7. Cook each side for 3 minutes
  8. Rest it and ready to serve!
