How To Prepare Marinated Flank Steak?

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of flank steak
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 bruised rosemary sprig
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Thaw the flank steaks
- Mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, rosemary into a big bowl
- Put the flank steaks into a zipper bag and pour the mixture into the bag, make sure the steaks are fully coated
- Marinate overnight
- Heat up the pan to highest heat and add in butter
- Put the marinated flank steaks into the pan and pour the mixtures in
- Cook each side for 3 minutes
- Rest it and ready to serve!
