How To Prepare Pineapple Glazed Ham? 😍😍🌈🌈

Chilled Christmas Maple Smoked Gammon Boneless Cooked Leg Ham Skin-On

Preparation Time: 30 mins Cooking Time: 2 hrs Serving: 6-8


  • 1 boneless gammon ham (2-2.5 kg)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)


    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
    2. Place the boneless gammon ham on a roasting rack in a large baking pan.
    3. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze has thickened slightly.
    4. Brush a generous amount of the pineapple glaze over the surface of the gammon ham, ensuring it is well coated. Reserve some of the glaze for basting during cooking.
    5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Baste the ham with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes during cooking.
    6. About 15-20 minutes before the ham is done, remove the aluminum foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). This will help caramelize the glaze and create a beautiful golden crust.
    7. Once the ham reaches the desired internal temperature and has a nicely glazed surface, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
    8. Optionally, you can garnish the ham with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for a festive touch. Secure the pineapple slices with toothpicks and place a cherry in the center of each pineapple ring.
    9. Slice the ham and serve it warm, accompanied by the remaining glaze as a sauce.
