Our Australian Premium Grain Fed Oxtails are just the perfect base for a hearty soup rich beef flavour coming from the bones and marrow, an excellent cut of beef for soup, stews and braising.
We have cut these into 1.5 inch pieces.
Ingredients for Basic Broth - 1/2 kg of beef bones and 1/2 kg of meaty bones such as Ox tails, 2L filtered water, 2 celery stalks quartered, 2 carrots - quartered, 2 onions - quartered. Handful of fresh parsley or rosemary, pinch of salt and pepper.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there maybe a +/-10% variance. Our products are snap frozen to maintain its texture, flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.
When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
