💡 Tips

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes these Australian chicken drumsticks ethically raised?

Sourced from New South Wales, these drumsticks are 100% hormone-free and cage-free. The chickens are raised under strict RSPCA guidelines, fed a non-GMO grain diet, and are Halal-certified and snap-frozen for freshness.

What is the best way to cook these chicken drumsticks?

They are highly versatile and perfect for baking, roasting, or slow-cooking. Try baking them with garlic and herbs, or coating them in Parmesan breadcrumbs, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) for maximum juiciness.

How should I store and defrost this poultry pack?

Keep chilled at 0–4°C for immediate use or freeze at -20°C. To safely maintain the texture and juiciness of the meat, always defrost the pack slowly in the refrigerator overnight.

Why might there be a slight weight variance with my order?

Our professional butchers cut each portion to order from natural poultry cuts. Because of these natural variations, a slight weight difference of approximately +/-10% may occur.

What are the delivery guidelines for Hong Kong?
