Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Aussie Meat's Australian chicken thigh mince a healthy choice?

Sourced from New South Wales, this 400g pack of mince is 100% hormone-free and made from cage-free, ethically raised poultry. It is a lean, nutritious, Halal-certified alternative to red meat, snap-frozen to seal in freshness.

What are some popular ways to cook chicken thigh mince?

This versatile, juicy mince is perfect for quick midweek stir-fries, rice bowls, homemade chicken burger patties, tacos, or family favourites like cheesy broccoli chicken nuggets, pasta sauces, and meat pies.

How should I store and thaw this chicken mince?

Keep it chilled between 0–4°C for immediate use, or store it frozen at -20°C for longer shelf life. For safety and the best natural texture, always defrost the pack slowly in the refrigerator overnight.
