💡 Tips

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes these Australian chicken thigh fillets high quality?

Sourced from the Hanwood region of New South Wales, these skin-off, boneless fillets are 100% hormone-free and raised cage-free under strict RSPCA guidelines. They are fed a non-GMO grain diet, Halal-certified, and snap-frozen to lock in nutrients.

What are the best recipe options for boneless chicken thigh fillets?

Being a juicy and highly versatile cut, they are perfect for rich honey garlic skillet dishes, oven-baked teriyaki chicken, slow-cooked curries, or smoky BBQ grilling, as they remain tender and succulent during cooking.

How should I store and defrost these chicken thigh fillets?

Keep chilled between 0–4°C for immediate cooking, or store in the freezer at -20°C for a longer shelf life. For the safest results and best texture, always defrost the pack slowly in the refrigerator overnight.

Why is there a potential weight variance on my order?

Our professional butchers hand-cut and portion each pack to order from natural poultry cuts. Due to these natural variations, a slight weight difference of approximately +/-10% may occur.

What are your delivery options for Hong Kong customers?
