💡 Tips

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes these Australian chicken thigh fillets high quality and juicy?

Sourced from the Hanwood region of New South Wales, these skin-on, boneless fillets are 100% hormone-free and raised cage-free under strict RSPCA guidelines. Keeping the skin on helps retain moisture and natural fats during cooking.

What is the best way to cook skin-on boneless chicken thigh fillets?

They are perfect for pan-searing or roasting. Start by cooking skin-side down over medium-high heat until the skin becomes incredibly crispy and golden, then flip to finish cooking for a juicy, tender, and flavourful result.

How should I store and defrost these skin-on thigh fillets?

Keep chilled at 0–4°C for immediate cooking, or store in the freezer at -20°C for a longer shelf life. To preserve the quality and texture of the skin and meat, always thaw the pack slowly in the refrigerator overnight.

Why is there a potential weight variance on my order?

Our professional butchers hand-cut and portion each pack to order from natural poultry cuts. Because of these natural product variations, a slight weight difference of approximately +/-10% may occur.

What are the delivery conditions for orders within Hong Kong?
