Piper Heidsieck Brut NV (France)
'Fresh, lively, fruity and precise, Piper is a reliable champagne at a great price, and I recommend it all the time for weddings, parties, anything. The house has fulfilled its mandate to grow this cuvee into a more serious, textural and complex offering, thanks to longer lees age than ever, though balances this marvellously and unexpectedly with more bright fruit integrity and tension than before. Pinot noir takes the lead, laced with fresh, fruity red apple and strawberry hull, with the lemon zest of chardonnay contributing tension and a touch of struck flint adding complexity. Lees age brings plenty of toasty, roast nut, gingernut biscuits, spice and honey character. Refreshingly, bright acid tension is the theme of the finish rather than dosage. Bravo. Rating: 91/100."
Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide 2018-2019
Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne Brut NV(France)
Flavours of poached pear, candied lemon zest and biscuit, with a rich hint of roasted almond, ride the lively bead of this crisp, minerally Champagne.
Perrier Jouet Grand Brut NV Champagne (France)
"On the dry side, offering graphite and mineral aromas, grapefruit, honey and freshly baked bread flavours. Though light in weight, this shows fine intensity and a toasty, honey-accented finish."

Charles-le-Bel Inspiration 1818 Brut Champagne N.V. (France)
Champagne Charles Le Bel “1818” Brut NV is the second label of Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve NV.
Charles Le Bel “1818” Brut NV is a delicious, classic champagne with aromas of brioche, almonds and pears. An excellent quality/price ratio and an exceptional opportunity to get this champagne for parties and grandiose evenings.
The champagne house Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ handles the vinification of this champagne. The grapes come from vineyards with younger vines. The entire operation, including the degorgement and dosage take place in the Billecart-Salmon cellars. This is an absolute guarantee of originality and character.
Blend: Chardonnay 37%, Pinot Meunier 30%, Pinot Noir 33% (Reserve wine 70%)
Appearance: Very fine and crystalline bubbles, golden yellow light
Aroma: Impressive nose, with aromas of brioche, almonds, butter, apple and pear
Palate: A beautiful stroke, mineral, very good balance between acidity and roundness, citrus fruits and long finish.
Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial NV (France)
Established on 1743, Moet & Chandon was the first champagne house and to this day the world's best selling champagne. Moet Imperial is the House's iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies the unique Moet & Chandon style of being vibrant, generous and alluring. The nose is delicately vinous, with an initial aroma of both lime and vine blossom. The palate shows predominantly Pinot characteristics. Light, persistent sparkle. Very ample in the mouth, with a discreet finish. Champagne guru Tyson Stelzer is suitably impressed with recent bottlings, noting that "this is the freshest and most fruit-focused I have seen it." He sums it up by declaring that this is "better-made than ever". The tradition continues.
Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV (France)
"The freshness, finesse, and brightness of Brut Premier make it the perfect wine for festive occasions. Its structured texture, richness, and length are distinctly winey. It is a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic."
