Tender bread triangles are layered with a mixture of finely chopped shrimp, diced water chestnuts, mushrooms, spring onions, and bread crumbs, then flavoured with garlic, ginger, shallot, and sesame oil. Phillips Shrimp Toast makes a perfect appetizer and is ready to serve in under 20 minutes. A sweet and spicy chilli sauce is included for dipping.

Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Pineapple, Modified Food Starch, Chili, Salt, Vinegar (Acetic Acid, Citric Acid [Acidity Regulator]), Garlic, Pineapple Flavor, Xanthan Gum.

Remove shrimp toast from the packaging before cooking. Shrimp toast is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Bake from Frozen:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place shrimp toast on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven.
Bake for 13 -18 minutes until golden brown.
Air Fry from Frozen:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Cook for 5½ to 6½ minutes until golden brown.
Based on a 1550-watt Power XL air fryer. Air fryers vary; adjust cooking times as needed.

CAUTION: It may be extremely hot. Allow the product to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

For the sauce: Place the unopened packet of sauce in warm water until thawed and warmed. Squeeze sauce from the packet into a cup and serve.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance.  Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.

When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
